This scale would do everything I needed to do and then some. The vast majority of reviews are excellent. I eagerly anticipated receiving and putting this scale into use. It arrived today. I got to use it once before the LCD for the gram weight went berserk. With nothing on the scale it would run up and down the weight scale. Tried to reset by turning it off and on a few times to no avail. Turned it on. It was set at zero grams like it should be. Within a few seconds the weight would start to rise speeding up as it went.

I am so disappointed and i am a little worried about ordering another one.

I have had this scale for about a month now and it works great...when it works. The battery life seems to be a little on the short side. I use my scale 3 times a day to weigh my food and each time for about 30 seconds. I have only on the scale for a month and I have went through 2 sets of batteries on it. I am using brand new energizer batteries so I would think they would last for awhile. Besides having a short battery life the scale is great. I will keep updating this review as more time passes.
